RATES & PAYMENT
- BECAUSE I NOW RESIDE IN BOZEMAN, MT, all sessions with my Pennsylvania clients must be conducted via ZOOM.
- SESSION LENGTH Individual, couples, and family sessions are typically 50 minutes in duration. At times, longer sessions may be indicated and a 90-minute rate will be offered.
- RATE The typical 50-minute session is $140. A 90-minute session is $195.
- INITIAL EVALUATION SESSION – While the initial evaluation is normally 90 minutes in length, this initial session will be billed at the 50-minute rate. Subsequent 90-minute sessions, if required, will be billed at the 90-minute rate.
- PAYMENT Due at time of service, payment can be made by check, cash, or credit card.
- INSURANCE While we do not process insurance claims and forms, we DO supply clients with a detailed, paid receipt that includes the required information that the client can be submit to their insurance company. We recommend that clients contact their insurance provider with reimbursement questions.
- CANCELLATION If you must cancel your appointment, please do so at your earliest opportunity. Failure to cancel at least 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% cancellation fee for the first missed appointment, and a 90% cancellation fee for subsequent missed appointments. Extenuating circumstances may be considered in rare instances.
